Automation of high loads in the most aggressive environments is the purpose of the HDLS.  Based around the rigid Heavy Duty aluminium beam and benefiting from the zero maintenance vee-guide linear slides, proven in the harshest environments.

•  Heavy duty beam supporting loads up to 4 tonnes
•  Speeds up to 6m/s
•  Zero maintenance
•  Optional AC geared motor driving forces in excess of 5kN
•  Steel reinforced timing belt allows forces of up to 10kN
